IPT focuses on attachment and communication style to build skills necessary to improve interpersonal relationships. Through this approach, we focus on your relationships, roles and identity, and communication to help identify and express your needs more clearly, ultimately feeling seen and heard in your relationships and communities.

The Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM)
is a somatic approach that focuses on the sensory experience of your body to help regulate your nervous system. Learning and applying the TRM skills in daily life helps support your well-being by turning into your body’s inherent wisdom.

Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is an evidence-based trauma treatment that uses bilateral stimulation effective in alleviating distress, reformulating negative beliefs, and reducing physiological arousal related to traumatic material.

Brainspotting locates points in your visual field to help access unprocessed trauma in the brain. Brainspotting does not require a person to speak of or explicitly remember trauma in order to heal from it.

After experiencing traumatic events, years of chronic stress, or living by our conditioning instead of our body’s wisdom, we can feel unable to regulate emotionally on a consistent basis, burned out, exhausted, or numb. We may feel tired even though we’ve slept, on edge, generally stuck, unhappy, or just plain overwhelmed.

Sometimes, we’ve become so accustomed to this way of life, we don’t even know we’re stuck in a dysregulated body.

Alternatively, we may be aware of how uncomfortable we feel inside without any idea how to feel better. Working with with somatic techniques can help you get back in touch with your body and it’s natural healing process.

While therapy is a collaborative journey, I will teach you skills of tracking your own nervous system, resourcing, and grounding in your body to reintroduce a regulatory experience supporting your body’s natural rhythm.

  • Single Session - $200

    I believe that therapy should be accessible to everyone and offer sliding scale rates based on need.

    I do not accept insurance at this time but can provide a super bill upon request.
